Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt, in brand-new condition (if the item has been opened or used it cannot be returned, unless there is defect with the product). However, single pens, accessories, jewelry, and cards are final sale.

If a product was damaged during shipping, please do reach out so we can make it right.

All pick-up orders are held at our location for up to 3 months. If not picked up during this timeframe, we reserve the right to resell the items.
